Short Description: Our firm, Tri-Power Consulting Services, LLC (TPC), seeks a W2 employee to work as a Training Developer ($38/hr). The Hybrid position is as a contractor for our Electric Utility Client based in Edison, New Jersey and has a duration of 6 months. Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Conduct needs analysis to identify performance gaps, assess client requirements, and recommend solutions. Apply adult learning strategies and theory. Create eLearning modules, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, and performance support tools. Partner with SMEs to translate complex content into clear learning experiences. Some Qualifications include Demonstrated experience in designing training for adult learners, skills with common eLearning authoring tools, visual design tools and LMS platforms, ability to work autonomously.
