Short Description: Our firm, Tri-Power Consulting Services, LLC (TPC), seeks a W2 employee to work as a Staff Accountant ($28/hr). The Hybrid position is as a contractor for our Electric Utility Client based in Newark, NJ and has a duration of 1 year. Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Prepares balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports. Responsible for analyzing trends, assist with special projects as required, analyzing costs, financial commitments, revenue and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses. Some requirements include: Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in accounting is preferred, experience in the field or in a related area. Minimum 4 years work experience with strong accounting skills
