Short Description: Our firm, Tri-Power Consulting Services, LLC (TPC), seeks a W2 employee to work as a Sr. Consultant – Corporate Finance (TBD). The Hybrid position is as a contractor for our Electric Utility Client based in Newark, NJ and has a duration of 5 months. Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Support short-term cash forecasting process and development of financing plans, prepare treasury updates for the corporate planning process and support capital market transaction activities including analyzing financial alternatives, due diligence for bond underwriters, bond pricing models, hedging models using Bloomberg.
