Job Tittle:  Financial Analyst 
Pay per hour:  $30 (W2 Contractor)Part-Time
Hours per week: 40 hours per week 
Contract Duration: 7 months (possible extension)
Location: Hybrid (3 days in Newark office/ 2 days remote) 

Short Description:  The financial analyst will maintain and update SAP internal order groups to ensure accurate data structures for O&M variance reporting and also collaborate with electronic operations stakeholders to facilitate accurate and timely monthly work order settlement corrections.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate and analyze SAP financial reports to track O&M and Capital actuals against budgeted plans.
• Extract and compile historical SAP Capital expenditure line-item data into Excel
• Perform line-item data extractions from SAP to investigate and analyze actual variances on internal orders.
• Maintain and update SAP internal order groups to ensure accurate data structures for O&M variance reporting.
• Collaborate with Electric Operations stakeholders to facilitate accurate and timely monthly work order settlement corrections.
• Support month-end close reporting and variance analysis.

Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of SAP systems and professional competency across Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
