The Hybrid position is as a contractor for our Electric Utility Client based in Newark, NJ and has a duration of 1 year. Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with purchasing procurement, and property management, serve as the property custodian for property under prime contracts, manage the development, negotiation, and implementation of technology and telecommunication contracts. Some Qualifications include but not limited to: BS degree preferred but not required, must have 6+ years of large contract management experience, SAP, Ariba, and Ironclad are used for contract management.

Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Serve as the property custodian for property under prime contracts, will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating non-disclosure agreements, subcontracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, teaming agreements, and modifications as well as assisting in the development of related policies, procedures, and templates, will be responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with purchasing, procurement, and property management. Some Qualifications include but not limited to: BS/BA degree required.
