Short Description: Our firm, Tri-Power Consulting Services, LLC (TPC), seeks a W2 employee to work as a Graphic Design Specialist ($30/hr). The Hybrid position is as a contractor for our Electric Utility Client based in Newark, New Jersey and has a duration of 3 months. Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Translate business objectives and creative briefs into polished, strategic design solutions that balance brand consistency with fresh, engaging creative, partner closely with marketing, communications, business units, external vendors, and other cross-functional stakeholders to understand project goals, provide creative guidance, and influence design decisions. Some Qualifications include 3–7 years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, polished execution, and a diverse range of design work across print and digital channels a sophisticated understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling, experience working within established brand guidelines while finding opportunities to thoughtfully elevate and evolve creative solutions.
