Short Description: Our firm, Tri-Power Consulting Services, LLC (TPC), seeks a W2 employee to work as a Contract Manager (TBD/hr). The position is as a contractor for our Electric Utility Client based in Newark, NJ and has a duration of 6 months. Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Serve as the property custodian for property under prime contracts, will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating non-disclosure agreements, subcontracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, teaming agreements, and modifications as well as assisting in the development of related policies, procedures, and templates, will be responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with purchasing, procurement, and property management. Some Qualifications include but not limited to: BS/BA degree required.
