Short Description: Our firm, Tri-Power Consulting Services, LLC (TPC), seeks a W2 employee to work as a Compliance Advisor ($37/hr). The Hybrid position is as a contractor for our Electric Utility Client based in Newark, NJ and has a duration of 1 year. Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Assist with day to day management of EEO/AA programs and Workplace Accommodation Programs, audit preparedness and educating managers, supporting talent acquisition with compliance questions. Some Qualifications include but not limited to: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, MS Excel (Advanced), Microsoft SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, deep working knowledge of ADA, PWFA, Title VII (religious accommodations), Section 503, VEVRAA, FMLA, and EEOC enforcement guidance, must have ADA & Workplace accommodations background, EEO and Affirmative Action reporting experience preferred.
