Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Responsible for Invoice Processing and reconciliation ensuring invoices are accurately recorded, processed, and paid in a timely manner from multiple areas of the HR business and comparing purchase orders to budget amounts and reconciled invoices, terms of payment, and other charges. Some Qualifications include Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Experience with applicant tracking systems a plus and Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Oversee the performance of vendor(s), both office and field, that have been contracted to deliver program services, develop and maintain the processes for implementing energy efficiency projects and programs in accordance with requirements for BPU approved programs and prepare and present program and project status reports to senior management. Some Qualifications include B.S. Degree in Management, Engineering, Business, Finance or other relevant field or equivalent work experience, experience managing vendor performance, and leading cross-functional teams.

This Hybrid position is as a contractor for our Electric Utility Client based in Newark, NJ and has a duration of 1 year. Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Interface with company associates, vendors, customers and outside consultants to ensure the Program rules and requirements are maintained, the projects are cost effective, and the information needed for management and regulatory reporting is accurate and timely. Perform and oversee program and project QA/QC as required; Apply knowledge in energy savings measures and techniques to program and project oversight and Manage customer relationships to provide program services with a high level of customer satisfaction.
