Short Description: Short Description: Our firm, Tri-Power Consulting Services, LLC (TPC), seeks a W2 employee to work as an Energy Efficiency Specialist ($55/hr). The Hybrid position is as a contractor for our Electric Utility Client based in South Plainfield, NJ and has a duration of 11 months. Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Provide Multifamily program management oversight over scope, schedule, and budget of energy efficiency projects in compliance with the BPU Order and company procedures. Ensure projects meet all program requirements, including project scope and cost effectiveness. Develop and maintain the processes for implementing energy efficiency projects and programs in accordance with requirements for the Multifamily program. Some Qualifications include but not limited to: B.S. Degree plus 5 years of experience in the space of energy efficiency programs, construction, or related fields. In lieu of a degree, 9 years of experience in the space of energy efficiency programs, construction, or related field, demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel & MS Word) and experience processing milestone-based construction payments and forecasting financial spend. |
