Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Verify invoice data against purchase orders, contracts, and receiving documents, enter invoices into the Ariba financial system and ensure timely routing for approval, monitor invoice queues and resolve issues such as price discrepancies, missing documentation, and vendor inquiries. Some requirements include: High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in accounting or business preferred, 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting, or administrative financial support, familiarity with AP processes, purchase orders, and basic accounting principles.

Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Checking that qualified work completed at the nuclear site has been reported by the respective contractors in a third party on-line system, reconcile contractor reported payrolls in the system to a site report of completed work, contact contractors to address reporting discrepancies including late reports, missing data, and non-compliant wages. Some Qualifications include but not limited to: Microsoft Experience (excel, etc.), experience with prevailing wage laws would be helpful, but not required.
