Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to: responsible for assisting and coordinating the development of RFPs for generation and transmission, directs the evaluations of proposals and prepares recommendations to senior management and LIPA for selection. Apply adult learning strategies and theory. Create eLearning modules, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, and performance support tools. Partner with SMEs to translate complex content into clear learning experiences. Some Qualifications include Demonstrated experience in designing training for adult learners, skills with common eLearning authoring tools, visual design tools and LMS platforms, ability to work autonomously.

Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to: responsible for managing a wide variety of employee data updates, requests and inquiries, which requires a commitment to providing an excellent internal customer/client service experience, the ability to understand and apply HR policies/procedures and the ability to sensitively and compliantly handle confidential employee information. Additionally, this role will work with the HR Centers of Excellence regarding continuous improvement, knowledge of trends, best practices and new technologies in HR; will develop and maintain usage reports; and research and respond to questions and concerns through a centralized phone, ticket management system network and case tracking tool (Ask HR).
