The Procurement Analyst is also responsible for accurate procurement planning, innovative sourcing, contract development and contract administration while maintaining compliance with enterprise procurement policies and procedures. Some Requirements include: High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred, must have general knowledge of the sourcing process, prior experience in construction procurement, project management and contract law, procurement experience valuable and supply chain experience.

This hybrid position is as a contractor for our Electric Utility Client in Salem, NJ and has a duration of 2 years 6 months. Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to: responsible for financial analysis of SAP cost data; extracting, cleaning and preparing cost data from SAP for analysis by others; completing related duties for the monthly close; and supporting financial budget/LRP planning. Strong skills in using SAP, Access, and Excel are required. Some Requirements are: Experience in shared service organizations, demonstrated understanding of SAP FI/CO. CPA, CMA, MBA or other advanced degree, demonstrated strong ability to manipulate data, data mine and translate complex financial data into decision inputs for business recommendations and strong ability to design integrative reports using advance Excel functions and/or other data query driven tools.

Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Maintain the GIS connected model with information from sources including, but not limited to, work management systems, as-built construction drawings, work orders, completion records, field reports or other information from the job sponsor, Track lifespan of utility asset data, including history, inspection and attachments, perform GIS work pertaining to major projects such as facility relocation , load rearrangement and new business.

The Hybrid position is as a contractor for our Electric Utility Client based in Newark, NJ and has a duration of 9 months. Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Provide program management oversight over scope, schedule and budget of energy efficiency projects in compliance with the BPU Order and company procedures. Ensure projects meet all program requirements, including project scope and cost effectiveness. Some Qualifications include but not limited to: B.S. Degree plus 5 years of experience in the space of energy efficiency programs, construction, or related fields. In lieu of a degree, 9 years of experience in the space of energy efficiency programs, construction, or related field and experience processing milestone-based construction payments and forecasting financial spend.
