Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Responsible for accurate procurement planning, innovative sourcing, contract development and contract administration while maintaining compliance with enterprise procurement policies and procedures, is an individual contributor role that initiates and coordinates procurement activities which include preparation of bid packages, conducting pre-bid meetings, evaluating bids, negotiating terms & conditions, issue contracts, amendments, purchase orders and change orders as required.

Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Serve as the property custodian for property under prime contracts, will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating non-disclosure agreements, subcontracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, teaming agreements, and modifications as well as assisting in the development of related policies, procedures, and templates, will be responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with purchasing, procurement, and property management. Some Qualifications include but not limited to: BS/BA degree required.

Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Perform and oversee program and project QA/QC as required; Apply knowledge in energy savings measures and techniques to program and project oversight, Coordinate and direct the activities of vendors and contractors. Review vendor deliverables. Monitor vendor performance and review/process vendor invoices. Required Qualifications: B.S. Degree plus 5 years of experience in the space of energy efficiency programs, construction, or related fields. In lieu of a degree, 9 years of experience in the space of energy efficiency programs, construction, or related field.
