The Hybrid position is as a contractor for our Electric Utility Client based in Newark, NJ and has a duration of TBD.. Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Perform and oversee program and project QA/QC as required; Apply knowledge in energy savings measures and techniques to program and project oversight, monitor vendor performance and review/process vendor invoices. Ensure vendor and employee compliance with safety protocols and practices. Compile and analyze data from various projects / sources to monitor the status of customer projects and report to management. Some Qualifications include but not limited to: B.S. Degree plus 5 years of experience in the space of energy efficiency programs, construction, or related fields.  In lieu of a degree, 9 years of experience in the space of energy efficiency programs, construction, or related field. Experience processing milestone-based construction payments and forecasting financial spend. Knowledge of energy efficiency measures, implementation, and cost.
