The Hybrid position is as a contractor for our Electric Utility Client based in Newark, NJ and has a duration of 1 year. Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Prepare/post invoices. Coordinate with vendors to reconcile invoice discrepancies and keep vendors informed regarding payment information. Create journal entries as required, support and maintain the CES training catalog & matrix. Assign training to CES associates and report on training records and conduct QA/QC calls with customers for various CES program teams to ensure verification and validation of the work completed by vendors.

Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Maintain the GIS connected model with information from sources including, but not limited to, work management systems, as-built construction drawings, work orders, completion records, field reports or other information from the job sponsor, Track lifespan of utility asset data, including history, inspection and attachments, perform GIS work pertaining to major projects such as facility relocation , load rearrangement and new business.
