Job Tittle:  Financial Analyst IV

Pay per hour:  $39/hr. (W2 Contractor)

Hours per week: 40 hours a week
Contract Duration: 2 years
Location:  Hybrid- Salem, NJ (on-site 2 days per week/3 days remote)

Job Description:

The Financial Analyst will serve as the facilitator for the Project Review Committee, requiring exceptional organizational and planning skills to coordinate cross-functional inputs, manage agendas, and ensure effective execution of review protocols and project governance.

Job Specific Qualifications

Required:

• Proven experience in financial analysis, including variance reporting and month-end close activities.

• Strong ability to interpret and communicate financial results to support strategic decision-making.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing the full cycle of financial close processes with accuracy and timeliness.
