• In general - individual will be involved with the design, development, planning, estimating, project engineering and management and execution of test facility, test setup and/or test equipment design and build, test operation, including troubleshooting of test issues. 
• A good command of Mechanical Engineering concepts and principles a must. 
• Interacts with other engineering groups to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, or modifications. 
• Identifies functional problems and suggests resolutions. 
• Analyzes test cases and provides timely, regular progress reports. 
• Requires a bachelor's degree and 6-8 years of experience in the field Mechanical, Aerospace Systems and components or in a related area. 

Specific Selection Criteria:

• Previous working experience involving air, gas, hydraulic flow, vacuum, refrigeration, and high temperature processes is preferred. 
• Test Engineering (Test Lead) is a highly specialized, unique job function which requires a high degree of Mechanical Engineering knowhow combined with years of working experience in areas of research, development and qualification of flight worthy systems, components and hardware. 
• Requires expertise in pressure testing, flow and performance testing, environmental testing and simulations, test setup and test facility conceptualization, design and build; combined with demonstrated project engineering and managements, and leadership skills.
