Short Description: Our firm, Tri-Power Consulting Services, LLC (TPC), seeks a W2 employee to work as a Procurement Analyst ($39/hr). The remote then hybrid position is as a contractor for our Electric Utility Client based in Hicksville, NY and has a duration of 2 years. Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to: (a) managing change orders, claims and back charges; (b) asserting warranty claims; (c) developing methods for assessing contractor performance; (d) dispute resolution and (e) implementing the appropriate processes and controls for protecting and preserving the Company’s contractual rights and remedies. Required: B.S./B.A. Degree, 6-10 years large contract management experience, 7 years IT and telecommunications service management experience.
