Job Tittle:  Associate Technology Engineer
Pay per hour:  $55.00 (W2 Contractor)
Hours per week: 40 hours a week Contract
Duration: 9 months
Location: Hybrid (remote and onsite at South Plainfield, NJ location)

Job Description:

The position will primarily focus on supporting the building and maintenance of the CYME equipment and Network database. Develop one line substation drawing in CYME software. Maintain and update CYME distribution model that integrated with GIS and PI system.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, configuration, development, documentation and testing of CYME Applications solutions to meet business or technology requirements.
• Evaluation of existing CYME application solutions to determine fit for purpose for the new business or technology requirements.
• Recommendation of technology alternatives. 
• Collaboration with other individuals to ensure proper integration of the new technology solution with the existing technology solutions.
• Own functional specifications and serve as a functional expert with a deep understanding of business needs on product capabilities by defining business requirements, performing quality assurance & define reporting and alerting requirements.
• Own and develop day to day relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance integration as well as establish a deep understanding of our customers’ business and functional needs.
• Provide product expertise in regard to functional needs and processes. 
• Align and support with strategic direction of broader IT organization.
• Contribute to the strategic vision/plans and identify product enhancements that improve customer experience and simplify the current landscape.
• Facilitate and coordinate external benchmarking/best practice efforts and relationships with other business organizations.
• Provide specific contributions as directed by Product Leader.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working directly with an electric utility consulting company, performing design  engineering.
