Job Tittle:  Procurement Analyst (Jr. level)
Pay per hour:  $30.00 (W2 Contractor)
Hours per week: 40 hours a week 
Contract Duration: 2 Years
Location: Remote (**Onsite training will be REQUIRED for 2-3 days at Newark, NJ location)
Job Description: Responsible for executing purchasing transactions for goods and / or services on behalf of internal company clients.

Job Responsibilities:

Specific tasks include the following:

• Purchasing non-complex, materials and services.
• Purchasing off of existing master agreements.
• Completing change orders to outline agreements and purchase orders.
• Providing reports in support of internal auditing, Sarbanes Oxley testing and internal self-assessments.
• Printing and issuing Purchase Orders. Process purchase orders, support (4) lines of business, work on different projects.
• Use EDI for purchase orders and Ariba and SAP for issuing PO’s.  Note: Company will train on Ariba and SAP
• Completing new vendor request forms.
• Evaluating supplier viability and sustainability using Dun & Bradstreet reports.
• Following and supporting all company processes around proper buying and documentation.
• Assisting clients & suppliers in resolving invoice issues - may include performing Procurement Helpdesk functions on a rotational basis.

Requirements:

• Procurement experience OR a least 2 years’ experience in purchasing
• Familiar with terms and conditions, material management, PO RFQ, etc.
• Must be analytical, quick learning, go getter, creative in bringing new ideas to a group, have good negotiation and communication skills
• Strong written, and verbal skills
• Must work well independently in a fast paced, challenging environment
• Utility background a PLUS!!
• Requires 10CFR810 compliance

Education Requirement:

• College Degree will be ideal; without college degree, must have 5+ years’ experience in procurement

Must be able to legally authorized to work in the United States****
