Job Tittle:  Accountant
Pay per hour:  $29.00 (W2 Contractor)

Hours per week: 40 hours a week
Contract Duration: 1 year
Location:  Hybrid – (3-4 days per month in office)

Job Responsibilities

• Process and upload daily customer refund checks to bank (BNY/JPM) to void
• Review positive pay – WF/BNY/JPM/BOA
• Lockbox check application and research if needed
• Lost Paycheck replacement request
• Provide check status and void AP/claim checks per request
• Set up customer account
• Download bank statements
• Monthly closing journal entries
• Monthly account reconciliations
• Accounting for payroll and accounts payable and some receivable as well

Job Requirements/Skills

• SAP experience helpfu and desired (not required)
• Strong excel skills (V lookup)
• Experience in accounting area
• Fast learner, dynamic environment
• Able to work independently
• Team player
• Good time management

Qualifications

• Accounting degree and/or equivalent experience

 **Local candidates (NJ/Metropolitan area)
