Job Tittle:  Accountant
Pay per hour:  $39.00 (W2 Contractor)

Hours per week: 40 hours a week 
Contract Duration: 4 months

Location: Hybrid (on-site 4 times a month at the Newark, NJ location)

Parking: Contractor will be responsible for paying for parking when working onsite.

Job Description:

Prepares monthly and quarterly journal entries for the whole company in all aspects of general accounting

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepares monthly and quarterly balance sheet account reconciliations
• Accounting for Cash, Debt and Investments, etc.
• Must have thorough knowledge of accounting methods, principals, practices and the ability to apply the knowledge.
• Responsibilities also include analyzing financial statements, balance sheet and income statements.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated communication skills (verbal and written).
• Demonstrated ability to apply and follow job-related policies and procedures.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Persistence needed in order to resolve problems quickly.
• Ability to work independently in team-oriented culture.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
