Short Description: Our firm, Tri-Power Consulting Services, LLC (TPC), seeks a W2 employee to work as an Ethics & Compliance Investigator ($22/hr). The hybrid position is as a contractor for our Electric Utility Client based in Hicksville, NY and has a duration of TBD. Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Conduct investigations, interview witnesses, gather evidence, draft timely and concise investigation reports and provide necessary follow-up to ensure that appropriate disciplinary and corrective actions are initiated and completed by the responsible parties, Compose/present reports, including recommendations to prevent recurrence, for leadership review, Testify in civil/criminal trials, mediations and arbitration hearings. Required: Bachelor’s degree
