JOB TITLE: MS ACCESS / IT Programmer/Data Analyst

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

Bachelor of Science Computer Engineering
Bachelor of Science MIS/IT/Programming
Bachelor of Science (general)
Gifted self taut programmer with a Bachelor of Science in another discipline

POSITION PURPOSE:
Seeking highly motivated, accountable, and experienced technical person with a proven track record as an application developer. Successful candidate will be able to focus on delivering quality, cost-conscious applications in a timely manner. Candidate should have good managerial leadership skills, with extensive writing and client-facing work. Primarily duties include the development of web-based solutions in addition to
developing existing internal solutions, system maintenance and particulary with MSAccess VBA database
solutions both GUI and backend database in multi user environment with security and login controls.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

Experienced programmer/analyst or current college student with Junior or Senior status majoring in Information Technology/Computer Science or business related field. Experience creating data-driven web-applications and stand alone web-reports. Experience creating MS access databases. Must have some knowledge (perhaps from college courses) on the basic role of an IT department and the various functions performed in a corporate setting. Previous internship experience in IT or previous troubleshooting/help desk experience is a plus but not required.
